R&B diva Beyoncé has reportedly asked former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham to design a collection of stage costumes for her next tour.

Queen B is so impressed with Vicky’s rising fashion stock that she would like to add her expertise to her already staggering repertoire of outfits, designed by the likes of Thierry Mugler, Donatella Versace and Giorgio Armani. Her requisites? Probably skimpy, tight and sparkly. Beyoncé’s outfits have become as synonymous with her outstanding voice and impressive dance routines, but it is thought the singer has chosen Victoria because she wants to go in a new direction for an upcoming series of US concerts.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “Beyoncé is a big fan of Victoria’s work and was given a couple of samples from the new collection. Victoria was flattered and has agreed, in principle, to suggest some designs.”

“While Beyoncé already has a few dresses, it is Victoria’s more elegant full-length designs that she particularly loves as they are a real departure from her usual glitzy stage costumes. This collaboration could be the start of something big.”
