The Chive‘s Leo Resig snuck onto the Chicago set of Transformers 3 without so much as a question from security, capturing production photos featuring stars Shia LeBeouf and Patrick Dempsey, and director Michael Bay.

No public comments have been made about the 56-photo gallery although many internet users argue that most Chicago locals could access the same areas the author and his girlfriend walked into.

Nevertheless, any guesses as to why Shia looks like he’s smoking a joint in while lying in the fake rubble between scenes?
