ALTHOUGH we’re a bit teary-eyed to see David Beckham step away from the body-hugging garments, we can’t deny that Ronaldo is a more than ample replacement. Of course, let’s not forget Megan Fox in their laciest unmentionables for the boys.

In one of the first images, Ronaldo shows off his perfect physique in a pair of white briefs, demonstrating what 3,000 sit-ups can do for your body. Megan, on the other hand, has had her tattoos erased from most of the images in her campaign, leaving us to wonder: if Megan was “the perfect choice” for Armani, why would they airbrush away her trademark tattoos? She has between seven and nine inks on her body and we think it sets her apart from just a regular model.

Surprisingly, photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott also strayed away from producing one of their typically edgy shoots and captured Megan’s curves in a series of tame, almost uninspiring photos. But the boys did well to capture Ronaldo, urging Giorgio Armani himself to state: “A great looking man such a Ronaldo is the essence of youth – a spontaneous, exciting, real maverick.” Oh, we so agree!
