NOPE, we still don’t know if Sandra Bullock will indeed divorce Jesse James, ending their 5-year-marriage. But one thing we know: she won’t be adopting any of his 3 kids.

Jesse has 3 children — Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr, 12, and Sunny, 6, — and they all seem pretty fond of Sandy, but her reps have revealed she won’t be attempting to get custody of any of the children no matter what happens down the road.

“There are no plans, nor have there ever been any plans, for Sandra Bullock to adopt any of Jesse James’ children,” said the publicist via E! Online.

Amid speculation that the couple have secured divorce lawyers on both sides, nothing has actually been confirmed. But that hasn’t stop RadarOnline reporting that the relationship is over.

According to the site, a source said: “She’s had enough, she’s ending the marriage,” and claims Sandy has “taken steps” in divorce proceedings.
