THERE goes the Dream Team Lindsay Lohan was hoping for.

Today, on the eve of her surrender, former O.J. Simpson lawyer and Lindsay’s incoming attorney Robert Shapiro has reportedly stepped down after a private meeting with Judge Marsha Revel.

Shapiro acknowledged on Friday that he was representing the jail-bound actress on condition that she comply “with all of the terms of her probation, including a requirement of jail time”. Lindsay had also checked into Pickford Lofts, the sober-house Shapiro runs, and apparently that’s where all the trouble started.

A source revealed that Shapiro was unhappy with Lindsay’s behaviour during her stay at the facility.

“She was unruly,” said the source. “She was having people over at all hours of the night. She acted like she ran the place.”

According to various other sources, Lindsay has been scaring herself silly and chain-smoking in the the run-up to her Tuesday lock-up, even though she is likely to only spend two weeks instead of the stipulated three months in the slammer.

The 24-year-old troublemaker is expected to report at the Beverly Hills Courthouse at 8.30am, from which she will be transferred to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood.

Lindsay’s last words, via her Twitter?

“The only ‘bookings’ that i’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i’d be ‘booking’ into Jail… eeeks.”
