ANOTHER example of how stilettos and pregnancy don’t mix.

During her performance at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans over the weekend, pregnant R&B star Alicia Keys took a tumble on stage while singing “Love is Blind”.

She landed square on her backside and immediately popped back up, but audible gasps were heard from nervous fans who recorded the incident.

The event also happens to be one of the singer’s final performances before she takes unofficial maternity leave from her career as she awaits the arrival of her first child with fiancé and music producer Swizz Beatz.
