The 41-year-old was in Cannes to promote her new film, in which she is set to portray late screen siren Marilyn Monroe. In a series of images shot for the movie’s promo, and although she packs the curls and pouty lips, Naomi is seriously lacking in the curves department—we think she might need a bit of help in the bust and derriere.

The film, titled Simply Blonde, is based on the “imagined memoir” of the same name by bestselling US author Joyce Carol Oates. The book caused a stir when it was published in 2000, detailing sex scenes, including an encounter with a casting director. Another scene involved Marilyn performing a sexual act on then-rumoured beau, President John F Kennedy.

The film will trace Marilyn’s transformation from the innocent Norma Jeane into the bombshell she was best known as, and to her untimely death aged 36 in 1962.
