ALTHOUGH there’s no word yet if Lindsay Lohan will indeed be released from jail after a mere 14 days behind bars, a harsher reality awaits her.

It seems Judge Martha Revel isn’t willing to give the actress the full-day gap of freedom normally given to other offenders, with a spokewoman confirming than she will be required to report in for rehab “sooner than the 24 hours” after her release from the Century Regional Detention Facility.

The judge’s reasoning? Apparently even Revel cannot trust that Lindsay will not relapse into her drug and alcohol addiction within the short period of time.

But if her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has her way, Lindsay will be given the same rights others before her have been granted.

“I am hoping she’ll have some time with her family before she goes to rehab,” said Holley during a visit to the prison. “She’s trying to comply with all the court orders, but she should be able to spend 24 hours at home, in my opinion.”

Nonetheless, the Inferno actress is apparently “doing well” in lock-up and is still hopeful she will be out by Monday. Will they finally send in the team of stylists she requested to help her through the tough times?

When asked if Lindasy was prepared to get out, Holly simply replied: “She is ready.”

Do you think Judge Revel wants to keep Lindsay in the slammer for a little longer? How long do you think she’ll have to stay?
