It seems it’s been another bad week for party girl Lindsay Lohan — hot on the heels of almost getting denied entry to a new Hollywood hotspot on Friday night, the Indian government has announced they might ban the actress from entering their country, according to Us magazine. Getting rejected from a nightclub is one things, but not being allowed into a country? That’s pretty brutal.

Up until now, the only known actor to be banned from entering another country is Brad Pitt  — he was prevented from ever entering China for his role in Seven Years in Tibet. In LiLo‘s case, she was in India in December filming a BBC documentary of human trafficking, and apparently government officials in India are deciding whether or not to blacklist the actress because activists are angry over her claims she saved 40 kids on her first day of the trip. And, she supposedly broke visa regulations too.

On her first day in India, the actress tweeted about saving children during a raid on a sweatshop that illegally employed child labourers. She wrote: “Over 40 children saved so far … Within one day’s work … This is what life is about … Doing THIS is a life worth living!!!”

However, sources argue that the star arrived in the country after the raid had happened and had no part in rescuing the children.

Adding fuel to the fire, LiLo apparently didn’t have a work visa so she illegally filmed the documentary by entering the country on a tourist visa. Her case is reportedly being investigated and we’ll see if she gets put on their immigrations blacklist.

In other news: LiLo had to wait more than 15 minutes to enter chic new LA club Trousdale on Friday night because she wasn’t on the guest list for their private party. The star was not happy that she had to wait while photogs snapped away, so she took to Twitter to rant about the ordeal.

“That was scary, mean, arrogant, and unnecessarily aggressive” she tweeted.

“I pick new york jus like Jay-Z…… Wouldn’t you?”
