ACCORDING to reports from gossip website TMZ, Lindsay Lohan may be dangerously close to violating an upcoming DUI progress report with the courts come Thursday.

The actress is required to attend 13 traffic school lessons and has allegedly only completed nine. The biggest problem? Lindsay is currently at the Cannes Film Festival promoting her upcoming biopic about porn star-turned-anti-porn activist Linda Lovelace.

If the 23-year-old does not complete the full 13, she will be in violation of her probation and a subsequent arrest warrant may be issued if she does not attend court on Thursday. Although there may be some leeway given in light of her uncle’s recent passing, we doubt that any judge will take this lightly.

Nonetheless, Lindsay remains particularly upbeat and spoke to HollywoodTV about the situation:
