REALITY TV star Kim Kardashian is apparently spooked about the return of her alleged stalker, Dennis Shaun Bowman, after he contacted her once again via her sister Khloe’s and Miles Austin’s Twitter accounts.

Kim was awarded a restraining order against the man earlier in February, in place until 2013, and theoretically prevents the obsessed fan from contacting her by any means. But the fanatic obviously doesn’t understand the meaning of “stay away” when he sent a message to Kim via the microblogging site.

Kim’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley (yes, Lindsay’s already-busy lawyer), of course took the violation straight to the police.

“I will be speaking with law enforcement detectives [to] determine whether or not Mr Bowman’s actions are a violation of the order in place restricting [his] conduct toward Ms Kardashian,” said the attorney.

“Law enforcement has been very involved in this matter from the start and we are speaking with the detective familar with the case to determine appropriate next steps.”

Kim hasn’t publicly acknowledged Dennis’ tweets but is apparently “freaked out” by the sudden direct contact.

Dennis reportedly moved from Georgia to California to be closer to Kim, and has sometimes been spotted at her public appearances wearing face paint alike the Batman character, the Joker.
