THE ever-sexy Jennifer Lopez outshines the Parisian sunshine in a white skirt-suit by Paule Ka, teamed with House of Lavande jewels at a photocall for The Back-up Plan in France.

Although it seems her new movie was trumped at the box office by How To Train Your Dragon, Jennifer still has one up on somebody else.

Her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, has apparently filed for bankruptcy following a legal battle over the attempted publication of the couple’s private home videos.

Jennifer filed a US$10 million suit against Ojani in November and received court orders preventing him from using home videos, including footage from their honeymoon as part of a new tell-all book.

Ojani had hoped that by declaring bankruptcy, he would be able to sell the tapes along with his personal belongings to raise money to pay off the suit. Unfortunately for him, the tapes can’t be sold according to the courts.

“Both the preliminary injunction and the permanent injunction are still in full force and effect. Offering for sale or selling the videotape would constitute a willful violation,” confirmed Jennifer’s lawyer.

Ojani is ordered to pay Lopez US$545,000 for violating a confidentiality agreement the couple had previously reached.

How’s that for a win?
