THE petite Ginnifer Goodwin walked the red carpet of the Metropolitan Opera gala premiere of Armida looking sleek and effortlessly stylish in a YSL Edition Soir 2010 bustier and tuxedo pants.

She kept everything else, including her deep purple YSL clutch and matching strappy sandals low key to let her outfit do the talking. She added chunky gold jewellery to compliment the look.

While the He’s Just Not That Into You actress obviously loves the opera, there’s one type of singing she doesn’t like — karaoke.

“It’s always miserable,” she told New York Magazine. “I have found myself in tears singing very happy Madonna songs. There’s something so vulnerable about it. You’re not exactly in character, you know?”
