FOLLOWING in the footsteps of John Goodman, funnyman Drew Carey has debuted a slimmer figure at the CBS Summer Press Tour in Los Angeles (see picture at right).

The photo at left shows Drew at an event in March 2010 at the weight we’ve always known the comedian to be. This is arguably the healthiest the 52-year-old has been on his 15 years on television—and we’d like to know his secret.

In May, the National Enquirer revealed that the actor and host of The Price is Right was using appetite-suppressing injections prescribed by his nutritionist.

“I now have no desire to eat…I can hardly even get down the tiny portion of fish I’m suppose to have for dinner,” he told the newspaper.

Britain’s Daily Mail also reported that Drew claimed to have lose the weight the old fashioned way—through diet and exercise.
