R&B star and woman beater Chris Brown has just celebrated his 21st birthday, meaning now he can fuel that pent-up rage with alcohol.

Not that being underage (in America) has ever stopped him from enjoying the nightlife in Hollywood and Las Vegas. On the day of his court sentencing for his felony assault against former girlfriend Rihanna, he famously partied at Guys & Dolls in Los Angeles.

On the other hand, not everyone is willing to turn a blind eye for an underage celebrity. Last weekend, Chris was denied entry into Eve nightclub after he sang the national anthem at the Mayweather vs. Mosley bout.

“Chris Brown was denied access because he isn’t 21 yet,” a club representative told E! News.

Whatever the case, he’s now been let loose on the booze! Girls, watch out!
