FINALLY, the world feels normal again.

Since Lindsay Lohan was released from rehab, she was spotted roaming the streets and, more importantly, tweeting her thoughts once again to her avid followers.

After 36 (count ‘em!) days away from the social networking site, Lindsay got back in the game with a message directed at the nosey paparazzi that are unsurprisingly hot on her heels.

“Clearly…Paparazzi shouldn’t be allowed to take pictures or video while someone’s driving or at a stop light. 4every1′s sake #trafficpolice,” she wrote on her site, in hopes that it would call attention to the dangerous situation.

Come on paps, back off before there’s another crash and court date.

THE cutest of the Osbourne family is making her way back to your TV screen—and no, she’s not Dancing with the Stars or arguing with her brother over the dogs.

In fact, Kelly Osbourne is making her sartorial adjudicator debut on E!‘s “Fashion Police” panel, alongside the infamous Joan Rivers, Giuliana Rancic and celebrity stylist George Kotsiopoulos.

Of course, her first foray into fashion judging will happen at this Monday’s Emmy Awards special followed by the new weekly installment of “Fashion police,” starting September 10.

Although the mouthy Brit has been known to trash other celebrity’s looks, she promises she won’t stoop to that level—not all of the time anyway.

“I’m so excited, but at the end of the say, if you wear something sh*t, you wear something sh*t,” she said. “But also, you know what? It’s only my opinion. It doesn’t really matter what I say.”

“What I believe is it doesn’t matter if I think what you put on is stupid or I love it, it’s about how it makes you feel.”

Don’t you just love her more now?

AFTER spending her first night of freedom—since jail and rehab—at home in her West Hollywood condo, Lindsay Lohan has a lot of cleaning up to do.

Last we heard, she had already passed up on her first party—a tribute to late friend DJ AM aka Adam Goldstein—attended by ex and best friend Samantha Ronson and the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio and Rashida Jones. But from what Judge Elden Fox has said, she’ll have to do a lot more if she’s going to stay on top of keeping clean.

The judge apparently met with Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley this morning to discuss the new terms of the 24-year-old’s probation. And they’ve come up with a list that will surely leave Lilo pouting a little longer than expected.

Firstly, Lindsay will now be expected to remain in California, with Los Angeles as her primary residence, until her next court date on November 1. That means no more trips to France, New York or anywhere for that matter, even if it is for work.

The Mean Girls actress will also be expected to undergo psychiatric treatment at least four times a week, and attend addiction meetings (like Alcoholics Anonymous) at least five times a week as part of a 12-step program.

She will also be required to contact her counsellor at least seven times a week, and attend behavioural therapy twice a week. Add to that a requirement to submit to random drug and alcohol testing twice a week and the message is pretty clear: Lindsay, one strike and you’re back in the slammer.

Her lawyer doesn’t go scot-free either..

“She is not to miss any drug tests,” affirmed Fox after he confirmed her release from the UCLA Medical Center yesterday. “Her attorney must provide the court with biweekly statements that these requirements are being met. Any missed tests or violations will result in 30 days in jail.”

Holley appeared unfazed by the terms, and believes Lindsay is now on the straight and narrow.

“She is very serious about her sobriety,” said Holley to cameras outside the courtroom. “She looks forward to proving to the court that she is serious. She has learned her lesson and is going to move forward in a positive way.”

So much so in fact, that Lindsay has chosen not to attend tonight’s premiere of her new movie Machete.

“The screening is tonight and when I spoke with her last it was her intention not to do that,” explained Holley. “She’s moving forward in a positive way and not necessarily going to something splashy.”

“She has changed, she’s healthy, she’s clear-headed, she’s positive and she’s looking forward.”

“We’re happy with the court’s ruling today,” added the attorney. “The past is dead.”

Has our favourite child star finally turned over a new leaf? We certainly hope so.

SINGER Miley Cyrus and Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth have sung their Last Song together.

Liam’s reps have officially confirmed their break-up, although Miley’s camp remain tight-lipped.

“We’re not commenting on Miley’s personal life,” said her rep bluntly. We’re guessing that’s code for “she doesn’t want to talk about him right now.”

“Ever since she left for Detroit, Miley has been super focused on her work,” said a source close to the ex-couple. “Liam wanted more, but she’s 17 and has other priorities right now. He’s been a distraction.”

“[Miley's] not with anybody else,” added the insider, busting rumours she left Liam to get back with Nick Jonas.

Although there was speculation that 20-year-old Liam cheated on the Nashville native earlier this month, other sources say it was only a matter of time before the two called it quits—apparently, this isn’t the first time they’ve broken up.

“They’re both young. To say they are done forever would be premature, but it’s safe to say for now they are doing their own thing.”

Earlier this year in March, Miley told Parade magazine that Liam was her “first serious boyfriend”.

“[Liam has] become my best friend in the whole wide world. I love him. He really respects me for who I am because coming from Australia, he really didn’t know me as the celebrity I am here,” said Miley. “I got to tell him about myself on my own terms and my own way. He had no preconceived notion of who I was supposed to be.”

Oh well, looks like these teens have to find another celebrity to make news with…

Kelly Preston, Ella Bleu and John Travolta.

IN what has to be the most delightful showing of karma coming full-circle, it has been revealed that actor John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston are expecting a son together!

The 47-year-old mother announced her pregnancy in May, giving 10-year-old Ella Bleu her first little brother. Older brother Jett unfortunately passed away last year after a fatal seizure.

The couple reportedly celebrated the impending arrival with 40 close friends and family at a baby shower co-hosted by Forest Whitaker’s wife, Keshia, earlier this month at their Los Angeles home.

Yay!

AS news broke of Judge Elden Fox’s decision to issue a ruling before Lindsay Lohan’s probationary hearing on Wednesday, it was determined the Los Angeles Superior Court knew something about the actress’ medical files that the rest of the world didn’t.

Unsurprisingly, that all culminated in Lindsay’s early release from the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Los Angeles this morning, after just 23 days in rehab.

In the past week, there has been speculation her rehabilitation order would be cut down by new adjudicator Elden Fox to a third of that which was issued by original judge Marsha Revel.

Revel, who has since recused herself from the case after the District Attorney’s office took issue with her handling of the case, issued a court order for 90 days in rehab for Lindsay. But after doctors at the rehabilitation clinic determined the actress was misdiagnosed and did not have either ADHD or bipolar disorder—and was improperly prescribed Adderall as a consequence—they informed the courts that Lindsay would not be required to remain at the center for the full-term of her rehab.

The lucky actress left quietly out the back door after discharge papers were apparently signed by Fox. She was no doubt met at the door by mother Dina Lohan, who says the family will be issuing a formal statement later today.

And her luck is already turning around, with Dancing With the Stars hoping to sign the actress on for their next season’s competition.

DWTS pro Mark Ballas said he would be open to being her partner.

“I’m up for a challenge,” said Mark to E!.

Fellow dancer Derek Hough seconds the notion, saying: “If she did, I’d be game.”

“It’s cool because you do see people turn their lives around on Dancing with the Stars. It keeps them fit, It’s nice to see people a year later who started on the new health regime and have kept on track.”

But Derek warns that Lindsay needs to want to be a part of the show on her own accord, and not because her manager told her to do it.

“You have to want to do the show,” he said. “You should never come into the show having a manager or any agent or anybody telling you should do this. You need to want to do it. Those are the people who do the best, who want to be there and they’re excited about it. They’re not just there because somebody told them to do it.”

And she did it all for Daddy and Uncle Benji too. In a video plug for Good Charlotte’s newest single “Like It’s Her Birthday,” premiering on iTunes today, Joel appears with daughter Harlow in his arms to hawk his latest release.

“Harlow helps announce our song on itunes LOL She’s loves goin 2 work w/me,” tweeted the proud father earlier this morning.

Cuter than cute can be, Harlow nods along when Dad asks, “Should they get ‘Like It’s Her Birthday’?” as her proud uncle looks on as well:
