AT the end of last week, the “Womaniser” singer was spotted shopping at a Barnes and Noble and taking time to pamper herself with a manicure.

Britney took time to browse through a copy of Us Weekly as she got prettied up, and we can’t really blame her for wanting to have a little “me” time. But was she forgetting something during her little spree?

That’s right: Brit was scheduled to appear in court on Friday afternoon to discuss her conservatorship, but apparently that slipped her mind.

She was scheduled to appear at 1.30pm but her reps told the courts she would not show because she did not want to be confronted by reporters. But the powers that be weren’t buying it.

Commissioner Goetz said: “The court was supposed to meet with Ms. Spears this afternoon and there was a misunderstanding. I’m going to continue the matter until next Friday at 1.30 and she will be here.”

Yikes!
