R&B superstar Beyoncé and Jay-Z fell victim to the rumour mill once again, with gossip site MediaTakeOut.com reporting the couple were expecting their first child together.

The false report read: “According to our source, Beyoncé is doing fine and resting, but she’s expected to continue working throughout her pregnancy. And we’re also told that Jay-Z is extremely happy to be having his first child with Bey.”

However, Hollywood news police Gossip Cop denied the story, and a rep for the “Naughty Girl” singer says the rumour is merely “untrue”.

Beyoncé’s best friend and former Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland also says she isn’t pregnant.

There’s no denying the Knowles family is ready for her to bring a new bub to the brood, and husband Jay-Z said last year to Gotham magazine that “baby-making” was at the top of his list for 2010. But Queen B on the other hand has other plans, telling Allure magazine in February: ““I definitely want to have a child, but I know from my nephew it’s a lot. I hope that those things will just happen naturally. I still haven’t had time to relax.”
